Land close to the beach

In the southern part of Paros, close to the picturesque fishing village of Aliki and the golden sandy beach of Piso Aliki, land 4774m².

Its main characteristics are the easy access, the gentle soil morphology of the land and the walking distance to both the beach and the settlement.

The land is even by way of derogation regarding its area and dimensions, in accordance with the urban planning regulations currently in force, subject to Decision 176/23 of the Council of State, and it will become buildable provided that the rural road bordering the land is ratified in the official rural road network. In this case its building capacity will be 215,48m² for 1 to 3 ground floor houses.
